Event Name
Required field. This is the name of your event. i.e. "Our Home Group's Anniversary" or "Our Area's Convention"

Start Date and Time of the Event
Required. You can use the calendar to set the date and time.

End Date
This field is only required if you have a multi-day event.

Location Name
This is the name of the event location. i.e. "Name of Church" or "XYZ Community Center".

Street Address
Street address is required. i.e. "1234 Any Avenue"

City
This is a required field. We have to know where your event is.

State/Province/Region
Another required field to complete the address.

Postal Code
This is not a required field but it may help map creation.

Description
Describe your event if you wish. Maybe a short agenda or similar information.

Contact Name
Your name.

Contact Email
Required. This is so we can contact you with specific questions.

Service Body
This is not a required field but it will help us to categorize the event.

Logo
Event or service body logo/graphic. We accept JPG, GIF or PNG smaller than 150kb in size.

Flier
We accept fliers in PDF, DOC, ODT, WPD, RTF and standard graphics files, GIF, JPG or PNG. Proper PDF is preferred for search engine indexing. Please limit the size to 500kb.

Location Website
Sometimes the location has a website that you may wish to include.
