Welcome to all attendees of LSRCNA XXV! The Lone Star Regional convention is self supporting thru: 1) 7th Tradition (Registration); 2) Purchasing meals/room: Breakfast, Fajita & Banquet meals and/or staying at the hotel pays for the meeting space; 3) Buying Comedy show tickets covers the cost of the comedian; 4) Buying convention merchandise covers the cost of the merchandise. All funds over the cost of the next convention is donated to the Lone Star Regional Service Conference. We cannot replace lost tickets. Lost badges will be replaced with a plain plastic badge.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY
Our actions this weekend are a reflection of NA as a whole. Please remember that our conduct here will be remembered long after the close of the convention. We may be the only contact that the community has with NA; therefore it is important that we demonstrate our recovery in action. Thank you for your cooperation and good example.
ê Should you have any additional needs, either from the Convention or the hotel, please contact a member of the Convention Committee.
ê Past experience has shown that overcrowding of elevators leads to problems.
ê Member Services (members in blue vests) are here to assist with finding events, answering questions and helping everyone to have the best time possible.
Parents and/or Legal Guardians: If you have your children at the convention you will be held accountable, financially or otherwise for their behavior.
